How it works

A structured medical review, start to finish

EverWell Health is built around a provider evaluation. Here's exactly what happens after you begin, and what to expect at each stage.

Start Consult
  1. Complete your intake online

    About 10 minutes

You'll answer questions about your goals, medical and surgical history, current medications and supplements, allergies, and any prior treatment. Accuracy matters more than speed — providers make decisions from what you tell them. You'll also review and accept the telehealth consent before submitting.

  2. A licensed provider reviews your case

    Provider review

A clinician affiliated with LocumTele and licensed in your state reviews your intake. They may message you for clarification, request a video visit, or ask for records before deciding. If treatment isn't appropriate for you, they'll explain why and what options may fit better.

  3. Your prescription reaches the pharmacy

    After approval

If a provider prescribes treatment, the prescription is sent to Rush Pharmacy, a licensed compounding pharmacy. The pharmacy verifies the order and prepares your medication for an individual patient — there is no shelf stock waiting to be sold.

  4. Medication ships to your door

Ships in 2–5 business days, arrives in 2–3

Orders ship discreetly with tracking. Anything temperature-sensitive travels cold-chain in insulated packaging with coolant. Refrigerate promptly on arrival, following the storage instructions in the box.

  5. Follow up with your care team

    Ongoing

Message your care team with questions about dosing, timing, or side effects. Your prescriber decides any dose change — it isn't something you select on your own. You can pause or cancel a subscription before your next fill date.

Who can be seen

Eligibility for a consultation is not the same as eligibility for treatment. Only a licensed provider can decide the second one.

You can start a consult if

  • You are located in one of the 49 states we serve at the time of your consultation
  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You can provide an accurate medical history, medication list, and allergy list
  • You are willing to attend follow-up messaging or a video visit if your provider requests one
  • You have a U.S. street address that can receive temperature-controlled deliveries

We may not be the right fit if

  • You are a resident of California — we do not currently serve this state
  • You are under 18
  • You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy
  • You are seeking care for an urgent or emergency medical issue
  • Your provider determines that in-person evaluation, labs, or a specialist referral is needed first
